Watched Beyoncé video side by side to someone else’s video- did her choreographer plagiarize?

 

Some of the stuff is very similar.

But it was different enough for them not to have to pay copyright.

 

If you are just inspired by someone and not copying the moves step by step does this make it right for people not to pay for copyrights.

When you see the FBI wore you on videos and such that is because of DMCA and the federal government can arrest you.

Creative Commons – by Lawrence Lessig – if you make something and you just want to share it with the world with this you can get licensing for it. You can use it and post it anywhere they just cant change it or you cant make money off of it or you can do whatever you want, you can make money off of it and I wont come after you.
